Preparation and Usage
Cooking pot: Cook for 4 minutes in boiling water.
Frying pan: Brown on medium heat in a hot frying pan with a little fat for 6 minutes.
Microwave oven(900W): In a suitable dish, cover and cook 225 g of julienne for 7 minutes. Stir half way through.
Steamer: Cover and cook for 7 minutes over simmering water.
