Preparation and Usage
How to use Knorr Stock Pots: Adding directly to your dish, each versatile little pot will enrich gravies, pastas or even stir fries, smoothly melting to bring a full and rich taste. Alternatively, dissolving into 500ml of boiling water will make a delicious stock for soups, risottos or casseroles. For a lighter stock, use 750ml of water.

Fish Pie:
Prep Time: 30 mins
Cooking Time: 40 mins
Servings: 4
Boil 800g of potato chunks until tender, drain and mash with 25g Flora Buttery, 3-4 tablespoons milk and season to taste. Remove skin from fish fillets (250g salmon, 250g cod, 100g smoked haddock), cut into chunks and place in suitable dish. Place 450ml semi-skimmed milk, 50g Flora Buttery and 25g flour into saucepan and bring to the boil stirring constantly, reduce heat and stir in Knorr Fish Stock Pot and 15g fresh chopped (optional) tarragon leaves and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour over the fish. Top with the potato and sprinkle with 15g Parmesan cheese. Place in preheated oven 220C, 190C fan assisted, Gas 7 for 20-25 minutes.
Product can crystallize - this is a natural process which doesn't impact on product quality.
