Care and use
• Keep your ovenware looking its best by only using wooden, nylon or silicone utensils as metal utensils may damage the non-stick coating
• To stop your food from sticking, lightly grease ovenware before each use. If you do burn something, leave to cool then soak in warm soapy water. And for stubborn stains, use a nylon scouring pad
• It's oven safe to 230°C/ 450°F/ Gas mark 8
How to clean
• Before using for the first time, remove all
and hand wash in warm soapy water, drying thoroughly afterwards

• To prevent your tray from warping always leave it to cool completely before washing or soaking. Don't use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers as they may spoil the finish. And always dry thoroughly before putting it away
