- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Hob - From Frozen. Tastiest when hob-cooked straight from the freezer.
1. Empty the contents into a pre-heated large non-stick frying pan.
2. Using the largest rings on the hob, sauté the vegetables over a high heat, whilst stirring frequently.
3. Ensure the majority of the liquid has evaporated before serving.
Halogen electric hobs may take 10-12 minutes.

*7-9 mins; Microwave - From Frozen. 1. Empty the contents into a microwavable bowl.
2. Microwave on full power for (700W / 800W / 900W): 7 Mins
Stir gently and microwave on full power for a further: 7 mins
